Caribou Health Monitoring in Northern Canada from Hunter Harvested Caribou - Bluenose West September 2007 Collection 
In order to monitor the health and body condition of caribou in the Sahtu region of the Northwest Territories, 20 caribou that were harvested by hunters were sampled during the fall 2007 community hunt at Horton Lake, Northwest Territories. Hunters from the communities of Colville Lake and Fort Good Hope allowed us to obtain samples from their animals.
